General Regulations applicable to Bookings and Memberships of Yonpatri Center

1. Deposit Policy

Yonpatri Esthetic Center operates under an exclusivity and premium-organization status to ensure absolute dedication to each of our patients. Therefore, to confirm the reservation of any clinical appointment, the following guidelines are established:

  • Minimum Deposit: An initial payment of $50 USD is required to block your space on the medical schedule.
  • Non-Refundable Nature: This deposit is non-refundable in case of no-show or attempting to cancel the appointment with less than 24 hours notice. If you must reschedule and notify our team within a reasonable period greater than this window, the deposit may be transferred to your next scheduled consultation.

2. Payment Methods and Orders (Academy/Store)

We strive to adapt various payment options that offer security and speed in your transactions:

  • Esthetic Transactions and Deposits: We accept secure payments via Zelle. If requested, our team will send you a direct payment link where you can settle with credit/debit card.
  • Policies for Medical Supply or Original Product Orders: To confirm the shipment or purchase of any physical (clinical or esthetic) order, 80% of the total invoice value must initially be settled. The remaining 20% must be paid at the time of ratification and official shipment of the order.

All shipments and supplies meet supreme quality standards, official sanitary registration and certifications that guarantee 100% authentic material to safeguard health ("Luxury · Safety · Results").

3. Membership Program Conditions

Our VIP memberships (Basic, Silver, Gold and Platinum) have been designed to give our most frequent clients multiple financial benefits and long-lasting esthetic results ("It's not just an esthetic treatment; it's an experience").

  • Minimum Stay: Memberships stipulate a minimum active, uninterrupted stay period of 4 months to ensure the positive progression of the clinical plan.
  • Billing and Solvency Status: For each affiliate to enjoy the quarterly designated services (Hygienes, PDRN or applicable discounts from 20% to 40%), they must be strictly up to date on their monthly fees and payments.
  • Treatment Guarantees: Within any plan, if you follow the recommended therapies during the agreed period and comply with the recommendations of the specialists and health professionals, you will see guaranteed benefits in wellness and natural reversal of signs of aging.

4. Contact and Operational Support

All official notifications regarding cancellations, rescheduling of appointments within the estimated 24 hours, support on payments, Zelle or questions about membership regulations, must be directed to our formal channels:
